Freestylers, Footy Force & Atheltico CP Win
In the most recent round of futsal action, C-Side Freestylers defeated SCC, Footy Force claimed victory over HPWC, while Atheltico CP won over YMSC.
In the game of the evening, a very creative C-Side Freestylers defeated SCC 11 to 3. C-Side dominated from start to finish and at half-time led 6 to 2. SCC played better in the second-half, but were outscored 5 to 3. Julian Carpenter was the MVP for C-Side scoring 5 goals with Jacob Estis MVP for SCC.
In game two, Footy Force was too strong for HPWC, winning the game 10 to 2. At the half, Footy led 6 to 1. HPWC were more competitive in the second-half, but Footy scored 4 more goals to Parish’s 1. Nathan Rego was the MVP for Footy with 4 goals and Nigel Burgess was outstanding in goal for HPWC.
In game three, Atheltico CP won 7 to 1 over YMSC. Despite the scoreline, YMSC gave Athletico all they could handle and at half-time the score was only 4 to 1. Athletico struggled in the second-half, but managed to score 3 more goals to win the game. Sereika Thomas was MVP for Athlectico with Kiwan Bronn MVP for YMSC.
The next series of games are at teh Bermuda College Gym on Saturday 21 May, 2016 starting at 6 pm. Admission is free and all are welcome.
