  1. whatever says:

    Classy…

  2. LOL says:

She is going to need all her spending money to oay a fine.

    • No she will be fine, because we have Canadians taking over our airport and a O.B.A, Contingent full of Canadian dual citizenship, so slap on the wrist and she will blame it on the alcohol.

      • Common Sense says:

Amazing that someone can sink so low as to not only politicize this incident but also insinuate that the woman will be “fine” because Canadians are taking over our airport and the OBA is “full of Canadian dual citizenship”. Perhaps Mr. Santucci can name – let’s say 3 OBA politicians with dual Canadian citizenship. I seem to remember PLP politicians with dual citizenship but that has nothing to do with the price of tea!

Duane gets a pass because he is a man of god. This allows him to judge everyone, and also sell them tickets to an imaginary place after they die, and pay no tax.

Besides, Duane will blame his bad behavior on his other imaginary friend satan thus avoiding personal blame. Then he can say a quick prayer and be forgiven. Isn’t religion great?

          Religion poisons everything as usual.

      • Cranberry says:

Oh look another one of my Bermudian ‘brothas’ displaying his xenophobic race biased sorry a$$ed ignorance for the world to see… at least he put his name on so I and anyone else looking to employ my fellow Bermudians know to pass right over any application bearing this name…

      • Zevon says:

So, Duane Santucci. Are you going to admit you were wrong? Or aren’t you man enough?

      • Pete says:

  4. Commodore JB of BBIRYC says:

I’ve always enjoyed Westjet. Thankfully I tend to travel with the decent Canadian people.

  5. mmm says:

It will be interesting if found guilty or she pleads guilty, that the penalty imposed will meet all costs associated with the incident. Which will mean the airline must also be compensated, its too much costs that are borne by the country.

    • Wtf says:

No cost incurred by the airline. It didn’t divert, it was traveling to Bermuda.

  6. Oops says:

Feel bad for her. Not sure what went down. Bet she regrets it now though.

    • Verly says:

They always do once the implications hit them. No sympathy from me!

    • SAD,SAD,SAD says:

Unbelievable!! Feel bad for her?? I don’t feel bad for someone who was so unruly that the Police had to board the plane not to mention the ASSAULT!! Had this been a Black Bermudian, I wonder if you would have said the same……NOT!!!

      • CCT says:

Why does skin colour have to be brought into the discussion? And how do you know if she is black or white? I don’t recall reading that in the article!!! And you fail to see that racism works both ways!!! Sad!

        • SAD,SAD,SAD says:

HEY, ALL THAT DISAGREED WITH ME AND MY COMMENT, WIPE THE EGG OFF YOUR FACE!! SHE WAS,DRUNK AND FELT ENTITLED TO THINK THAT SHE COULD DO WHAT SHE LIKES! ON TOP OF THAT SHE HIT,BIT,KICKED AND DISGUSTINGLY URINATED ON A POLICE OFFICER!!!! GET HER OUT OF HERE!!!

      • Oops says:

To sad sad sad. So quick to judge. So because she is Canadian she MUST be white. It has to be alcohal too. I guess you know it all so run with it

    • Legalgal says:

Let’s leave it to the police and courts. Sad.

  7. Swing Voter says:

  8. Hurricane says:

    Drunk fool!

  9. Terry says:

    The Isle of Arrest.

  10. rodney smith says:

May she enjoy her stay in Bermuda. We are such nice people. Maybe she’ll tell her friends about Bermuda.

  11. Wtf says:

She just wanted to skip the immigration line, that’s all.

  12. Navin Pooty Tang Johnson says:

Send her back on the next flight

  13. West jet witness says:

I was waiting to board this flight in the terminal and though we never got to see the women we could all hear her! Screaming and howling, I can’t imagine her to be anything less than mentally unwell. That being said she did delay the leaving flight and potentially cost people their connection. Well done BPS for handling what sounded like a difficult situation. I hope this woman gets the help she needs.

  14. Really? says:

And then, some look at you funny when you travel with children… Stop serving alcohol on board, maybe that will solve the unruly episodes….

  15. Truth says:

Flew Westjet recently… much prefer Air Canada as Westjet, being ‘discount’ (though the prices are often the same), seems to have WAY MORE CHEAPOS stuffing their ENTIRE LIVES in to overhead bins to avoid an $18 luggage charge.

I almost got unruly about it myself.

That said, I’m sure this passenger will enjoy our awesome ocean-view detention centers, if she gets that far. I’ve heard it is resort-like…

    • Bob and Doug says:

LOL – way more cheapos?? Its a Canadian airline! Although, everyone is doing what they can to avoid the outrageous fees for checking luggage. With all the complaints about long lines at security do you think the airlines would lower or remove checked luggage fees to encourage people to carry on less???

This lady probably got upset when she saw the cost of a beer on the plane.

    • SAD,SAD,SAD says:

YOU SOUND IDIOTIC!! YOU DONT KNOW ANYONE IN JAIL THAT WOULD TELL YOU THAT ITS RESORT-LIKE!!! IMPRISONMENT IS NOT A VACATION!! DO SOMETHING UNLAWFUL AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU MAKE OUT SUN TANNING,DRINKING MAI-TAI’S, ENJOYING THE STEEL BAND!!

  16. Triangle Drifter says:

Don’t you know who she was??? That is right. She is a nobody & will get treated as such.

Now, had she been Bermuda politician, unknown outside of his own little pond, oh, there would have been a great fuss.

    • Pete says:

Be sensible! this has happened before, airplanes have diverted here to unload out of control passengers.
There was once some years ago where a prominent PLP member refused to follow a directive of a crew member to remain seated during preparations for landing, there wasn`t all this hullabaloo about that, where were?

  17. Nabba jabba ding dong baby daddy says:

    Urinated?…wow…how did this transpire?
    Was ?…..
    Could it be?…..

Was she onnah piss up or what?
Police really should get danger pay.
My thought is…this young lady was possessed by an evil entity and might need an exorcist…first thing ask what is the demons name…then you gotta say in the name of the Father Son andee Holey Ghoses I command you to leve!!!!

  18. Nabba jabba ding dong baby daddy says:
