Airport AC To Be Out Of Service This Evening

June 21, 2016

The Ministry of Tourism, Transport and Municipalities is advising that air conditioning at the L.F. Wade International Airport will be out of service shortly after the departure of the British Airways flight to London at 8.00pm this evening [June 21].

“The downtime is to permit contractors to conduct necessary work on the system. It is anticipated that full air conditioning service should be returned by 11am tomorrow morning,” a spokesperson said.

“All airport managerial personnel have been informed of the 15-hour shut down. The Ministry would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
