Court: 50-Year-Old Man Denies Sexual Assault

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [June 30], a 50-year-old man pleaded not guilty to a charge that in March 2015 he sexually assaulted a girl, with the Court hearing that he allegedly got the girl pregnant.

Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set trial for September and granted bail at $5,000 with one surety. The Magistrate also ordered that the man must have no contact whatsoever with the girl.
