Court: Man Admits Resisting Arrest & Damage

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [June 21], a 25-year-old Devonshire man was remanded into custody after admitting charges including violently resisting arrest.

Marshall Wolffe pleaded guilty to handling a stolen motorcycle, violently resisting arrest, and damaging a policeman’s uniform shirt.

Magistrate Archie Warner set 5th August as Wolffe’s sentencing date and ordered Social Inquiry and BARC reports.
