National Hero Ceremony Venue Changed

Due to forecasted inclement weather on Sunday [June 19], the ceremony to induct Sir John Swan as a National Hero will now be held at the Anglican Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity at 4.00pm.

A Government spokesperson said, “Members of the public are advised that, due to forecasted inclement weather, the National Hero Induction and Proclamation Ceremony has been relocated from Camden to the Anglican Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity.

“This will be followed by a reception at the Cathedral Hall. The time will remain the same at 4pm.”
