Travel + Leisure Ranks Bermuda 7th Best Island
Bermuda is ranked seventh in Travel + Leisure’s “Best Islands in the Caribbean, Bermuda, and the Bahamas” list, which was released as part of the travel publication’s “World’s Best Awards 2016.”
Travel + Leisure said, “Given that there are more than 700 islands in the Caribbean — each with its own charm — it can be difficult to know which one to pick when planning a getaway. But according to Travel + Leisure readers, there are a few where you basically can’t go wrong.

“Every year for our World’s Best Awards survey, T+L asks readers to weigh in on travel experiences around the globe—to share their opinions on the top cities, islands, cruise lines, spas, airlines, and more. Readers rated islands on their natural attractions/beaches, activities/sights, food, friendliness, and overall value.”
In providing the top ten list with accompanying photos of all the islands, Travel + Leisure advises readers to “be forewarned” that “this list will inspire some major wanderlust.”
In addition to Bermuda, the list includes St. Lucia; Anguilla; St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Culebra and Vieques in Puerto Rico; Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands; and Harbour Island, Exuma and Andros Islands in the Bahamas.
….such a beautiful country filled with racism, dysfunction, lies and trickery. No wonder the island of BERMUDA is ranked 7th.
Yess and because it’s boring here for teenagers.and for people in there 20″s bermuda is only good for old rich people
Firstly – Well done Bermuda – 7th out of 700. Not bad at all…
@BDA – (only a question OK) – What is it that teenagers and people in THEIR 20′s want to do?
Everything that is put on for people in those age categories turns into ‘teenager’s and people in THEIR 20′s’ killing each other……fighting each other…..doing everything BUT getting along with each other. You all can’t even go to a 90 minute soccer match without DRAMA popping up. 90 minutes… sheesh bie
The majority of teens and people in their 20′s have NO-ONE to blame but themselves.

Well at least we won’t have the usual “But Bermuda isn’t in the Caribbean” chorus this time out.
Bermuda has “NO” no-sems,that bit you all the time at dusk.
Bermuda has “NO” mosquitos that give you dengey fever and all sorts of other stuff,as they even bit during the day.
Bermuda has little or “NO” flies.
Bin every where in the Caribbean,you can keep it.
