Court: Man Denies Causing GBH By Driving
Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 44-year-old man denied caused grievous bodily harm to another person by driving without due care and attention.
Cornell Lindo pleaded not guilty to the charge that in February 2016, on North Shore Road, he had caused grievous bodily harm to another person by driving without due care and attention.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for November and granted bail at $5,000.
