Court: 64-Year-Old Denies Assaulting A Woman

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [August 2], a 64-year-old man was granted bail after he denied assaulting a woman.

John Kennedy denied unlawfully assaulting a woman on 30th July this year and causing her bodily harm.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set Kennedy’s trial for October and granted him bail with an order to have no contact with the complainant.
