Court: Man Denies Using Stolen Debit Card

Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 46-year-old man denied using a stolen debit card to obtain cigarettes, shoes, and beer.

Kevin Boys pleaded not guilty to multiple charges alleging that he had dishonestly obtained or attempted to obtain items to the total value of around $840 from various stores, and on that he had dishonestly used a false ID.

The charges alleged that Mr Boys had used a stolen debit card to obtain cigarettes, shoes, and beer.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set mention for late September and granted Mr Boys bail at $5,000 with one Surety.
