Traffic Advisory For Spurling Hill This Sunday
Spurling Hill will be closed to outbound traffic on Sunday [Sept 11] due to new asphalt paving works, and the Crow Lane to Spurling Hill route will also be closed while the work takes place.
“The public is advised that Spurling Hill will be closed to outbound traffic on Sunday 11th September due to new asphalt paving works. The work is planned from 7.30am until 2:30pm,” a Government spokesperson said.
“Work will be carried out only on the east/outbound traffic lane from Hamilton on Spurling Hill. Additionally, the Crow Lane to Spurling Hill route will be closed during this schedule works.
“There will be detour sign and lane closure sign in place to direct the traffic flow correctly while this works takes place.
“This Ministry would like to encourage the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologize for any inconvenience that may result.”
