The Continental Society of Bermuda is inviting the public to attend Casino Royale, a night of games and entertainment to raise funds for the charity’s education and community initiatives.

“The event will be held on Saturday, October 15 at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute from 8pm to 12am. Tickets are $125 and are available from members and include paying chips, one drink, a raffle ticket and canapes,” the Society said.

“Casino Royale will feature a variety of casino games including Black Jack, Roulette and Bermuda’s favourite – Crown and Anchor. Music will be provided by DJ Blacka Knights who is sure to get the crowd dancing all night.”

Nekeisha Tyrell, President, Continental Society of Bermuda, says: “Our educational and community initiatives are dear to our hearts and we look forward to provide students across the island with any help we can during the school year including books, breakfasts, scholarships and even summer camp fees.

“Casino Royale is our premier fundraiser for the year and will provide an opportunity for those who support our charity to donate to a worthy cause. I encourage anyone who is looking for a fun night and to help support a great charity that focuses on children to buy a ticket and come out to Casino Royale.”

The Continental Society of Bermuda is an affiliate chapter of the Continental Societies Incorporated, an international public service organization committed to improving the welfare of children in communities across the USA and Bermuda.

Founded in 1962 as charity number six, the Continental Society of Bermuda is supported by 100% volunteer membership of approximately 30 Bermudian women. For more information on Casino Royale, email continentalbda@gmail.com.
