Court: Driver Charged With Causing Man’s Death

Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 26-year-old man was charged with causing the death of Azah Dowling by driving without due care and attention.

Che Morrissey was not required to plead because his case must be tried in the Supreme Court. He was charged with causing the death, on 25th March 2016, of Azah Dowling, and doing so by driving without due care and attention.

He must return to Magistrate’s Court for mention on 14th November, at which time his arraignment date will be set.

Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set his bail at $5,000 with one surety.
