Court: Driver Denies Causing Man’s Death
Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments, 43-year-old George Simmons denied causing the death of Ezariah Matthie by driving without due care.
Ezariah Matthie, 21, died following a collision on Ord Road in Paget on 29th February 2016.
Justice Carlyle Greaves ordered a Mention date with the purpose of setting a trial date.
