Court: Man Denies Conspiring To Remove Cash

Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments, a 35-year-old man denied that he had conspired with others to take cash, that had been obtained as a result of criminal activity, out of Bermuda.

Omar Davy, a Jamaican national, denied that between a date unknown and August 2016, he had conspired with others to take cash that had been obtained as a result of criminal activity, out of Bermuda.

Davy will re-appear in Supreme Court later this month when the Crown will apply to have his case joined with another person.
