Fire Safety Awareness Week Starts November 7

November 3, 2016

The Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service [BF&RS] will observe Fire Safety Awareness Week from 7 – 11, November, with this year’s theme to be “Don’t Wait Check the Date: Replace Smoke Alarms Every 10 Years.”

“While the BF&RS will be promoting this year’s fire safety message throughout the community next week, the BF&RS regrettably advised that its annual children’s Fire Safety Show and student essay/poster contest will not be held this year,” a spokesperson said.
