Court: Man Charged With Sexual Assault
Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 52-year-old man was charged with sexually assaulting two women.
The defendant was granted bail at $10,000 with surety, ordered to report to Hamilton Police Station every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and have no contact with the alleged victims.
He was ordered to appear at the January Supreme Court Arraignments.
