BNA Youth League U12 & U16 Match Results
A number of matches were recently held in the BNA Youth League, with the North Village Lady Rams notching wins in the U12 and U16 divisions, and the Storm Lightning also winning in the U16 division.
In the U12 division, the opening match ended in a 13 – 13 draw between the Storm and Phoenix Flames. The Storm got 7 goals from Kisaye Bell and 6 goals from Sarai Butterfield, while Nasaiah Berkeley scored 9 goals for the Phoenix Flames, Kacey McGowen scored 3 goals, and K’Xiyae Gibbons scored once.
In other U12 action, the North Village Lady Rams defeated the Phoenix Sparks 30 – 0. Ashley Horseman scored 18 goals, with Kemairi Darrell adding 12 goals.
In the U16 division, the Storm Lightning defeated the North Village Lady Rams 18 – 11; the Storm Lightning were led by Kaamilah Nasir with 12 goals and Amaiah Butterfield scored 6 times, while Beyonce Berkeley scored 7 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, Jahdeja Swan added 3 goals, and Jada Richards scored once.
The North Village Lady Rams Too defeated the Storm Thunder 21 – 13. Samaria Paynter scored 17 goals to lead the North Village Lady Rams Too, with Rae’chelle Webster adding 5 goals; the Storm Thunder got 6 goals from Zidonnae Robinson, Jade Johnston scored 5 goals and Kiara Burcher scored 2 goals.
