2016 was Flora Duffy’s year – not only on the international triathlon circuit, where she claimed multiple world titles — but also on our Instagram page, where images showcasing Ms Duffy’s accomplishments made up 30% of our top ten most liked photos for the entire year.
Other photos in 2016′s top ten on Instagram included a tribute to Johnny Barnes, a marriage proposal spelled out across Bermuda’s pink sands, a rainbow seen off the North Shore, a massive 14 pound lobster caught in Bermuda’s waters, lightning seen over the east end, and Lamont Marshall and Ashley Estwanik winning the Bermuda Day Half Marathon.
