In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], BF&M Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of January 2017 the company repurchased 2,696 common shares at an average price of $20.48. The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
