March 24, 2017

Appearing in Magistrates Court today, four men were charged with assault, while one man was charged with using a cellphone to send a video message that was of a menacing nature.

Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set trial for July, granted each man bail at $2,500 with one surety each, ordered each man to report to Hamilton Police Station, and ordered that they have no contact with any witnesses or the complainant.
