Police Appeal: Locate 15-Year-Old [Found]
[Updated] Saying there is “concern for the wellbeing of Ms. Smith,” the police are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old India Smith, who was last seen at around 10:20am on Thursday morning.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service is appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old India Smith.
“Ms. Smith is described as brown complexioned, 5 feet 7 inches tall with short brown hair.
“The teenager was apparently last seen around 10:20am Thursday, March 9th in her Berkeley Institute uniform for the school’s sports day at the National Stadium.
“There is concern for the wellbeing of Ms. Smith, who usually travels on foot or by bus.
“She is also known to frequent the City of Hamilton bus terminal as well as other areas in Pembroke and Devonshire.
“Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of 15-year-old India Smith should contact the main police telephone number 295-0011 at the earliest opportunity.“
Update March 12, 4.55pm: A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating 15 year old India Smith.
“She returned Saturday morning [March 11th] safe and well.”
