Coldwell Banker Caroline Bay officially launched their local marketing strategy on 4th April 2017 and have introduce the first phase of the Caroline Bay, Bermuda development – The Cove, a Ritz Carlton Reserve Residence.

    Well….that certainly opens up the home owner’s market for multitudes of residents!!! We should think about who has that type of purchasing power and then re-state who these residences are for….
