Video: Sunday April 9th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
News that Lindo’s donated $100,000 towards the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre’s Radiation Therapy Initiative, Nahki Wells scored in a Huddersfield Town win, Italian luxury footwear brand Sergio Rossi featured Bermuda’s Shiona Turini, and Butterfield Bank is supporting the ‘Seabin’ program were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, a new sailing art exhibition opened at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, seven former Bermuda Pacers athletes were inducted into the inaugural Bermuda Pacers Track Club Hall of Fame, Nick Smith is preparing to take part in a transatlantic voyage, and Bermuda Paint celebrated 60 years in business.

Other good news stories included Tyler Smith winning her first Pro Tournament match, Bermuda Container Line Ltd are supporting Saltus Grammar School’s Sloop expedition for the third year, and Zeiko Lewis scored in a New York Red Bulls II victory.
