Elevate Executive Selection To Host Workshop
Elevate Executive Selection Bermuda Ltd. has entered a strategic partnership with Convergent Consulting [London] to bring Heeral Gudka, an Executive Coach and Career Strategist, to Bermuda.
Sylvia Jones, Director, Bermuda Operations shares: “In working very closely with clients in the past twelve months we have identified both individuals and organizations here in Bermuda striving to do more, to be more.
“We want to help. Our poll, aimed at identifying key areas of interest for further personal and professional development, yielded results to which we have specifically catered these workshops in May.
“Our Coaching Sessions help high achievers identify a clear goal-focused path to success so that they not only reach their potential but exceed it.”
The company said the “workshops are entitled ‘Coaching Your Team’, ‘Women in Leadership’, ‘Diversity & Inclusion’.
“Our coaching partner, Heeral Gudka, is no stranger to Bermuda. Heeral has a 15-year track record in the City of London and Bermuda Insurance market. Very few Executive Coaches can claim her corporate experience and understanding of the pressures of corporate life.
“From this vantage point she delivers workshops aimed at creating a culture of success for individuals and organizations. Her background in the professional world as an Actuary adds to her skills as a coach and makes her both credible and empathetic.”

The workshops will be held at Ideation House, 94 Pitts Bay Road. ‘Coaching Your Team’ will be held from 8am – 9.30am on Tuesday, 16th May. Women in Leadership’ will be held from 12pm – 1.30pm on Wednesday, 17th May. ‘Diversity & Inclusion’ will be held from 12pm – 1.30pm on Thursday, 18th May.
