Sakari Famous Earns Bronze Medal

July 23, 2017 | 0 Comments

Sakari Famous recently took part in a jumping competition, ending her season with a performance that saw her earn a bronze medal.

A spokesperson said, “Sakari performed like the true competitor she is. She is a gamer. She always seems to rise to the occasion when all the marbles are on the line.

“It’s been an up and down season for Sakari due to injury and sickness. Her coach, national jumps coach Rohan Simons gave her the game plan and she executed the plan like the champion performer she is. She had a clear sheet up until 1.76 which she cleared on her second attempt.

“Two of her attempts at 1.79m were close as she just clipped the bar with the back of her calfs. This marks the end of the season for Sakari as she rose to the forefront and ended her season on a well deserved bronze medal. Well done Sakari.”
