BF&M Share Repurchases For July 2017
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], BF&M Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of July 2017 the company repurchased 13,458 common shares at an average price of $20.60. The Company advised the repurchased shares were reserved for issuance.
