Results: BBA Ten Mile Time Trial In St. David’s

The Bermuda Bicycle Association held their time trial under soggy conditions this morning [Aug 27] in St. David’s. The course was 10 miles long and finished at the St. David’s Lighthouse, making for a challenging conclusion to the event.

Dominique Mayho recorded the fastest ride for the day crossing the line with a time of 22:01.1 while Matthew Oliveira had the second fastest ride with a time of 22:39.2. Kaden Hopkins saw a time of 23:09.1 marking the third fastest ride for the day. Alyssa Rowse was the fastest female with a time of 25:41.1.

Today’s event was due to see riders start at the Motorsport Car Park at Clearwater Beach, travel along Cooper’s Island Road, left onto Southside Road utilizing the bike path, right onto Lower Gates Road, left onto St David’s Road, Kindley Field Road, Causeway, Blue Hole Hill, around Swizzle Inn roundabout and back onto Blue Hole Hill, Causeway, Kindley Field Road, St David’s Road, right turn onto Texas Road, left onto Lighthouse Hill to the finish at St David’s Lighthouse.
