Bermuda Dance Academy Starts Tap Program
Bermuda Dance Academy will be hosting their final Registration Day on Saturday, September 9th, and said that this year they are “most excited to start our Tap Programme, build a relationship with First Steps Nursery and Preschool, and offer classes for the Older Adult.”
The Academy is owned by Ms. Nikia Manders, who also acts as Head Teacher.
A spokesperson said, “Bermuda Dance Academy is excited to enter its third season with several new classes and dance styles for children and adults.
“Our mission is to create a fun, positive and nurturing environment for students of all ages. We believe the Arts enrich, inspire and transform lives. We use dance as a tool to empower students, build self-esteem, discipline, creativity and self-confidence.
“Each year we have increased our schedule by adding a few new classes and this year we are most excited to start our Tap Programme, build a relationship with First Steps Nursery and Preschool and offer classes for the Older Adult. To us dance is a way of life; it supports mental, physical and emotional health.
