  1. Jus' Wonderin' says:

Why wasn’t this so bad under the OBA? I’ll wait….

    • Wahoo says:

Because OBA told us that the plp had blown all the money and that sacrafices had to be made. The plp told us they would fix everyting and be transparent…..lies.

  2. Rada Gast says:

Might be easier at this stage to tell us which buses ARE running.

  3. Ringmaster says:

There should be huge savings on drivers’ overtime with this many cancellations. Enough to buy several new buses and hire mechanics. Or why not buy smaller buses like minibuses to run off peak? Better yet privatize the whole thing.

  4. wheels on the bus says:

Still silence from the minister! Maybe there working on the 100 day report or getting pictures taken somewhere.

  5. Stevie says:

Oh nothing from both PLP & BIU. Just like the dock workers downing tools. Bermuda is in trouble.

  6. Doesn’t make sense says:

We just hired more drivers for all these buses that don’t show up . Only in Bermuda.

  7. Triangle Drifter says:

Who are all these bus cancellations affecting the most? Survey says A, OBA voters or B, PLP voters? The empathy pouring from the Minister, the Ministry, the BIU & PTB is deafening.

  8. Deficit says:

The bus service’s main objective seems to be to provide jobs not provide a service. Socialism is great to you run out of other people’s money . With more bus drivers and more mechanics don’t be fooled into thinking this is going to get better. The only difference the public is likely is to notice is on Valentine’s Day when the budget is read out !
