November 3, 2017

The Bermuda Cricket Board confirmed that Clay Smith and Calvin Waldron have been accepted by Cricket West Indies to attend the CWI/ECB Level 3 Cricket Coaching Education Program course to be held in Antigua commencing November 8th, 2017.

The course is being held at the Coolidge Cricket Ground in St. John’s and will run for 8 days ending on the evening of the 15th.

BCB President, Lloyd Fray, said, “I am very proud that Bermuda was able to get 2 of only 4 spots made available to Associate Member countries for this course.

“The ICC office ran an open process with all regional members which led to our candidates getting placed on a meritocratic system.

“I am confident that Cal and Clay will be successful on this tough program and return to Bermuda with new ideas, experiences and insights that they can impart on our players and share with other coaches. I congratulate them both and wish them all the best”
