Lake Denies Causing Death Of Mary McKee

A Southampton man pleaded not guilty this morning [Dec 1] with the death of New Zealand visitor Mary McKee.

Andrew Lake, 26, pled not guilty with unlawfully killing Mrs McKee, 62, on June 1, 2017 during the monthly arraignment session.

He also pled not guilty with causing bodily harm to Arthur McKee, Mrs McKee’s husband, via driving a power craft in a manner deemed dangerous to other users, and causing grievous bodily harm to British tourist Charlie Watson.

The trial date is set for April 3, 2018.
