Hamilton Princess Offers Cooking Lessons

January 24, 2018

Hamilton Princess & Beach Club will be holding a series of pastry-making classes for children – as well as a Thai cooking lesson for adults.

The children’s classes will each have a different theme: Cookies and Doughnuts; Valentine’s Day and Easter. These classes are designed for children with an interest in baking and will be led by Pastry Chef, Fhonthip Jones, who is responsible for all of the desserts at the resort’s restaurants. He will demonstrate, in a hands-on way, how to create mouth-watering pastries and desserts. The class will be followed by a delicious afternoon tea that will feature child-friendly favourites.

For adults, Executive Chef, Danai Hongwanishkul, of Marcus’ will be teaching a Thai Cooking Class on Saturday, February 3. He will be passing on some of his favourite recipes from Thailand. Lunch will be served following the demonstration.
