The meeting, which is for Chamber members only, will afford those present an opportunity to learn more about the new rules associated with doing business with the Government, the Government said.

Minister Foggo said, “Government is committed to empowering small and mid-sized businesses to gain access to public sector opportunities.

“The Code also sets out the requirements and procedures for the procurement of goods and services for the Government that must be met and followed by all public officers.

“So, during tomorrow’s presentation, Chamber of Commerce members will receive information about key aspects of the Code and their potential impact on the commercial interests.”

Be real nice if she could explain the process that the Fortress Group went through to be given the $100M Infrastructure Fund, because I do not recall any proper procurement process? Also Dr. Freddie Evans firing? Also the hiring of Rev. Bean? Also what the process will be undertaken for the awarding of the Tech Hub? Also the process for Doctors wanting to set up for MRI’s and CAT scans? What’s happening with implementing the SAGE COMMISSION?
