Despite the cool conditions and strong northerly winds, the scoring was very good in the 1st round of the Bermuda Four Ball Championships at Port Royal on Saturday.

The team of Jarryd Dillas and Will Haddrell who are no strangers to the winners circle carded a 4 under par 67 with the team of Damian Palanyandi and Fraser Hunt one shot behind with a 68. The defending champions, Richard Neame and Ben Hodge didn’t have the best start, but managed to recover and finish with an even par round of 71 so they are still in the mix.
