Globenet Network Issue Causes TBi Disruption

Yesterday [Jan 3], TeleBermuda International Limited [TBi] customers experienced a service disruption due to their “off-island partner Globenet experiencing network issues,” and TBi has apologized to customers, and said will be offering a refund for the downtime.

A spokesperson said, “Yesterday, TBi customers experienced a disruption of service as a result of our off-island partner Globenet, experiencing network issues.

“TBi apologizes to our valued customers for any inconvenience caused by Globenet and will be offering a refund for the downtime they experienced as a result of this off-island issue. The adjustment will appear in their February bills
