Victor Scott Students To Hold Violin Concert

P5 and P6 violin students from Victor Scott Primary will be performing on the steps of City Hall at noon on Thursday March 22, 2018.

These students participate in the Bermuda School of Music’s Every Kid Can! violin programme which offers free violin lessons to the students of Victor Scott Primary. Each of these students have taken violin through the programme since P1 and are eager to show their skills in a 15 minute concert.

The Bermuda School of Music’s Every Kid Can! programme will be the recipients of the 2018 XL Catlin End-to-End grant.

It is our mission to deliver the power and benefits of music through instrumental instruction and are thrilled that we are able to continue doing so with your support,” says Bermuda School of Music Executive Director, Mr. Kent Hayward.

The Bermuda School of Music, a not-for-profit registered Bermuda charity #483, has been providing music education to the Island since 1978, commencing with the Dunbarton School of Music.

Currently with approximately 1,000 students, its aim to provide community music programmes for students of all ages and in areas of need.
