A trip in April 2018 by Deputy Premier and Minister of Transport and Regulatory Affairs Walter Roban to Colorado Springs, CO, USA for the 34th Space Symposium cost $2,644.98, according to a recent listing on the Government’s travel webpage.

The trip duration was listed as from April 15, 2018 – April 19, 2018, and the web page listing said, “The Deputy Premier and Minsiter of Transport and Regulatory Affairs attended the 34th Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado and was invited to participate on a panel entitled Emerging Space Economies to promote Bermuda as a space-savvy jurisdiction.

“The Deputy Premier and Minister of Transport and Regulatory Affairs also connected with others in the industry to highlight the island’s space and satellite-related offerings. He was accompanied by Permanent Secretary, Aideen Ratteray Pryse.”
