Court: 43-Year-Old Man Admits Trespassing

June 14, 2018

A 43-year-old man has admitted trespassing in a west end store car park.

Anthony Tuzo repeatedly returned to the supermarket on April 4, this year despite being ordered to stay away.

The court heard that Tuzo had been ordered to steer clear of the supermarket after a string of complaints by customers over the way he asked them for money.

This morning at court Tuzo pleaded guilty to trespassing.

Earlier this week he had appeared in court for taking $900 from the Somerset Country Squire.

Magistrate Tyrone Chin ordered that Tuzo appear before Mental Health Court to help address his challenges.
