Ball Hockey: Tuckers Town & St. David’s Win
There was a Bermuda Inline Ball Hockey Double-Header at the PCC Hockey Rink that had plenty of excitement, with the two games producing 20 goals.
Southampton Sailors 2 Tuckers Town Tropics 3
The Southampton Sailors would go down 3-2, to the Tuckers Town Tropics, Christopher Merritt would lead the Tuckers Town Tropics to victory with two goals, with Ryan Wilson adding the other. Townie Jackson and Chris Grantier scored a goal each for the Southampton Sailors
Warwick Waves 7 St. David’s Islanders 8
The Warwick Waves then were defeated by the St. David’s Islanders but the game needed overtime for the winner to be decided 8 – 7, Jeremy Estey would lead the St. David’s Islanders with 4 goals, his 4th was the winner in overtime. Pete Brodsky would add two goals, while Matthew Ingelman and Jeffrey Ingelman added a goal each. Josh Bush would score twice for the Warwick Waves, while Mark Heintzman, Brian White, Shawn Mckee, Ian Beaudoin and Matthew Benson all scored a goal each.
