Butterfield & Minors Compete In CAC Games
The track and field portion of the CAC Games got underway in Colombia with two Bermudian athletes taking to the track.
Dage Minors finished 5th in heat 2 of the men’s 800m, crossing the line in a time of 1:49.30, which saw him just miss out on a spot in the finals with the 9th fastest time overall.
Taahira Butterfield advanced to the women’s 100m semi-finals when she finished 6th in heat 1 clocking 11.88.
Butterfield would then compete in the women’s 100m semi-finals, where she finished 8th in heat 1 clocking 11.93, putting her 16th overall.
