Oliveira Moves Up To 4th in Jr Tour Of Ireland
Bermuda’s Junior National Champion Matthew Oliveira continued competing in the Junior Tour of Ireland as the event moved to Stage Three.
This Stage saw Oliveira and the other competitors covered a distance of 101.70 kms / 63.24 Miles, with Oliveira crossing the line in a time of 2:31.50, he was in a pack of 71 riders who crossed the line with the same time including Stage winner Ian Spenkelink.
The result sees Oliveira move up yet another spot, Oliveira started the day 5th and when he came off the road he was 4th with an overall time of 4:55.46, his Hot Tubes teammate Magnus Sheffield keeps the Yellow Jersey with the lead 22 seconds ahead of Oliveira.
