Cricket: Jones Banned Until September 17

The Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] confirmed that Malachi Jones of Southampton Rangers Sports Club was found guilty of breaching Code of Conduct and banned from all cricket for a period sufficient to include two [2] T/20 games.

The statement said, “The Bermuda Cricket Board can confirm that Malachi Jones of Southampton Rangers Sports Club was found guilty of breaching Code of Conduct articles 2.2.1 during the match on 19 August against St. David’s Cricket Club.

“Mr. Jones has been banned from all cricket for a period sufficient to include two [2] T/20 games. Mr Jones will be allowed to play again, based on the current schedule, on 17 September 2018.”
