Orange Ferry Suspended Today Due To Weather

The Department of Marine and Ports Services is advising that due to inclement weather, the Orange Route ferry service between Dockyard and St. George’s has been suspended for the remainder of the day today [Sept 26].

    So, were extra buses provided to take care of the ferry passengers who were left stranded at either end? Oh…wait… we don’t have enough working buses to take care of regular routes never mind a spare or two to take care of stranded ferry passengers.

    So third world we are.

    Those ferries were built for rough weather…..it’s the pilots that don’t want to run them. So we loose out again!
