7 Goals Scored In Field Hockey Double Header
Seven goals in total were scored during the Bermuda Field Hockey double-header that took place at the National Sports Center.
Bermuda Under 21 Team 2 Sandpipers 2
The Bermuda Under 21 team went ahead in the 15th minute through a Robin Stempel field goal, and the Sandpipers drew level in the 35th minute.
The Sandpipers would take a 2 – 1 lead with a field goal off the stick of Zina Jones in the 53rd minute, but Cierra Ray would score a field goal in the 66th minute to earn the Bermuda Under 21 team a 2 – 2 draw.
Budgies 3 Canaries 0
Katie Tester would give the Budgies a 1 – 0 lead in their match against the Canaries in the 18th minute. Robin Stempel would double the lead when she scored a field goal in the 34th minute, Georgia Thams would close out the scoring for the Budgies with a 42nd minute field goal.
