Design Firm Ice Breaker Launches Website

October 18, 2018

Nick and Grace Hoskins — who have been freelancing in web development and graphic design for nearly a decade — have launched a website for their creative design firm Ice Breaker Ltd.

When Mr. Hoskins returned to the island in 2011 from working in Silicon Valley at a start-up, he quickly got involved in education, and by 2013 he launched Code Tuna, a game-based summer camp program that taught children aged 5-14 maths and programming skills.

Mrs. Hoskins also returned from abroad with unique marketing and advertising experience after spending some time in Australia, with her portfolio including running eMoo Tasmania, which was a branch off of the original platform eMoo.

She has worked on campaigns for local causes, such as the animal rights campaign ‘Punish the deed not the breed,’ which advocated for changing legislation around breed-specific animals.

Together, the couple started creative design firm Ice Breaker Ltd, bringing their international experience to the island and offering a full range of solutions for local businesses, including web development, graphic design, social media marketing, and brand management.

A website was recently launched for the firm, with more information available at icebreaker.ltd.
