Court: 50-Year-Old Man Denies Causing Harm

A Hamilton Parish man pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm by driving without due care and attention.
Barry Richards, 50, denied causing harm to another person on September 19, 2017, on North Shore Road by driving a vehicle without due care and attention.
He was released on $5,000 bail, and his next court appearance is set for November 13, 2018.
