Three People Treated, Discharged From KEMH

Three people have been treated and discharged from the hospital following separate collisions on Friday [Dec 14] and Saturday [Dec 15].

A police spokesperson said, “At last check this afternoon [December 18th] the 63-year-old pedal cyclist that sustained a serious eye injury around 6:40pm Saturday, December 15th on Dunscombe Road in Warwick had been discharged from hospital after receiving medical care. He was initially admitted to a general ward. Inquiries continue.

“Separately, at last check this afternoon [December 18th] a 24-year-old male motorcyclist and a 19-year-old female pedestrian injured in a collision that occurred around 10:20pm Friday, December 14th on Parsons Road in Pembroke have both been discharged from hospital after medical treatment. The rider was initially admitted to a general ward. The 19-year-old mother was released shortly after the incident and inquiries continue.”
