One Communications Dec. Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd., advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of December 2018 the company repurchased 3,999 of its common shares at an average price of $3.00 for immediate cancellation.
In addition, 451,805 of its common shares were repurchased pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.14[2][i] at an average price of $3.00 for immediate cancellation.
