PLP…. jump on this, where’s the jobs so this crap doesn’t go on?

    • drip ship says:

yeah these 2 are prime candidates for CFO of Bda’s magic Fin Tech Bit Shi? future of the island. BS But the courts would only give a slap on the wrist if caught cause its the OBA UBP fault anyhow. BS Shoot em Dano

    • VJ says:

Funny how when crime happened under the OBA, it wasn’t their fault. Now that the PLP is in power, suddenly they’re supposed to do something. Speaking of jobs, didn’t the OBA promise 2000 jobs?

      • question says:

The PLP destroyed thousands of jobs between 2007 and 2013. And they’re now back to shrinking the economy, increasing taxes, increasing healthcare costs, and increasing the cost of living.
What are they doing about the increase in violent crime?

      • Double S says:

Excuse me? You better check the record. Every time something like this happened under the OBA the usual talking heads would come on here, other sites, the radio and state that the reason for these actions s because the Government hasn’t created jobs for them and they look out for foreigners yada, yada, yada. You lot try and rewrite history everyday it seems, but unfortunately for you the internet never forgets.

      • Come Correct says:

Weren’t they protested at almost every turn? It’s a but difficult to deliver on promises when the combined opposition stands in your way for the sole purpose of stifling any progress.

Things still started looking up under the OBA. Fast forward to now and it’s done a complete 180 in record time.

  10. Scuzz says:

Now i hear in front of children. ENOUGH now the scum have stepped WAY over the line. Come on Bermuda FESS UP someone somewhere somehow knows something SPEAK UP. These deficient delinquents that committed this SERIOUS and POTENTIALY life threatening act need more than LIFE with no chance ever of parole,

    • sage says:

True, these offenders need to be dealt with severely but they are releasing a dangerous child molester on sunday after only 10 years of a 14 year sentence, something tells me they won’t be. Also the magistrate claims they have reduced prison numbers by 50%, haven’t heard any confirmation from govt. or the prisons, but going by court cases in the news, there is a ‘softly, softly’ approach to serious offenses.
